Katrina was terrific to work with in both selling and buying a house. She took a personal interest in making sure we found the right house for us and got it at a good price. She gave great advise for preparing our house for sale, getting it sold in a reasonalbe time, and getting us a price we were happy with. Katrina is worth her weight in gold... I invest in single family homes and began working with Katrina in 2011. She found a terrific rental property for me to buy (cash flowing $500/mo and in a solid neighborhood). It was a short sale that took nearly a year to close. She negotiated reductions in first and second mortgages with two banks. The inspection showed that the roof was at the end of its life, so she negotiated for the bank holding the first mortgage to put on a new roof (which they did). That’s totally unheard of in short sales. Within a month of closing, the title company discovered a third mortgage which they’d overlooked in their initial title search. Katrina had to renegotiate the short with three bank representatives and got them to agree to the original selling price. That’s unheard of as well. Finally (I kid you not) the week of closing, Discover placed a lien on the property to collect an outstanding debt from the seller. Katrina negotiated a settlement with Discover on behalf of the seller so that my purchase could go through. How many brokers are THAT committed to making a sale happen? In my experience, very few. My effort in all of this was practically zero. Katrina did it all for me. That was awesome.<br/><br/>I also owned three properties in Denver that I wanted to sell, but didn’t have any broker contacts there. Katrina called brokers’ offices in Denver, conducted phone interviews, and selected one for me. The broker Katrina selected was excellent. <br/><br/>Katrina has earned (and gets) all my business.

She took her time in showing me and explaining all of the details of the home. We actually met a second time so I could have my son look at the home too.
